This intensive Personal Coaching program includes one program review using our 7-Step Cold-Calling Framework, three one-on-one coaching sessions (conducted over the phone) including scripting, script delivery, and diagnostics to ensure that your benchmarks and sales results increase immediately! In between the sessions you would be required to do homework, and then apply what you have learned in a safe environment during the coaching sessions.
Learning Objectives:
The first program design session is to understand your cold-calling goals and all the set-up work required to execute a successful cold-calling program.
Of the three coaching sessions, our first coaching session is designed to fine-tune and complete the messaging strategy.We will design a telephone sales call script and reinforce the self-assessment behavioral change. You are encouraged to think deeper into the scripting process, tightly defining your target audience and focusing your message on customer issues which are specific to your vertical market. You will become aware of the images your words create, and YOU will have the power to control the impact of those images.
The second coaching session is focused on role-playing the delivery of the script as well as your main objection response. You are measured on the four components of successful delivery: pacing, energy, passion and conversational style. By the end of the session you will not only hear the correct delivery that you just accomplished, but feel it as well. The all-important self-assessment behavior is reinforced once more.
The third session is to provide feedback on the success of the sales calls, diagnose remaining roadblocks and recommend specific areas to improve.
